Does the Hexcal Single Monitor Arm work with Hexcal Studio and Hexcal Elevate Standing Desk?
Hexcal's monitor arms are designed to work seamlessly with the Hexcal Elevate Standing Desk. While they can be clamped to Hexcal Studio, we do not recommend doing so, as it may cause balance issues with the monitor and make it difficult to access Hexcal Studio's cable management chamber.
Can Hexcal Single Monitor Arm support a monitor that is larger that 35" if its weight is under 24.2 lbs (11 kg)?
The Hexcal Single Monitor Arm will support a monitor under 24.2 lbs (11 kg). 35" is just a suggested monitor size for reference.
What is the thickest desk that is compatible with the clamp?
The clamp is compatible with desktops of 0.4" - 3.2" (10 - 80 mm) thick.
What does the term "quick-release VESA mount" mean?
We recognize the inconvenience of trying to hold a monitor with one hand while attempting to secure it onto the VESA plate with the other. The quick-release VESA mount simplifies the process of attaching a monitor. First, fasten the provided VESA plate to the rear of your monitor, and then slide the VESA plate into the mount located at the end of the monitor arm. This feature also streamlines the process of changing or relocating monitors. Simply press the tab to release the lock and slide the monitor off the arm.

Yes, the Hexcal Single Monitor Arm can support curved monitors, provided they are not ultrawide. Due to the thicker design and the gravity point being farther from the product, we recommend limiting the monitor size to 35" and 9kg. Please check your curved monitor's specifications before purchasing.

The screws on my monitor arm are fully tightened, but the monitor still shakes. What should I do?
If the screws on your monitor arm are properly tightened and the monitor is still shaking, it is most likely due to the desk's stability rather than an issue with the monitor arm itself. Consider reinforcing your desk or placing the monitor on a more stable surface to reduce movement.
How do I choose between the Hexcal Single Monitor Arm and the Heavy-duty Monitor Arm?
If your monitor is a standard size (up to 35" and 11kg/24 lbs), the Hexcal Single Monitor Arm is recommended, as it offers more adjustability and flexibility. However, if your monitor exceeds the size and weight limits of the Single Monitor Arm, or if you're considering upgrading to a larger monitor in the future, the Heavy-duty Monitor Arm (up to 49" and 20kg/44 lbs) would be a better choice for enhanced stability and support.
