If the screws on your monitor arm are properly tightened and the monitor is still shaking, it is most likely due to the desk's stability rather than an issue with the monitor arm itself. Consider reinforcing your desk or placing the monitor on a more stable surface to reduce movement.

Does the Hexcal Heavy-duty Monitor Arm work with Hexcal Studio and Hexcal Elevate Standing Desk?

Hexcal's monitor arms are designed to work seamlessly with the Hexcal Elevate Standing Desk. While they can be clamped to Hexcal Studio, we do not recommend doing so, as it may cause balance issues with the monitor and make it difficult to access Hexcal Studio's cable management chamber.

Can I purchase multiple single monitor arms for a dual-monitor or triple-monitor desk setup?

Absolutely! You can purchase multiple single monitor arms to create a dual-monitor or triple-monitor desk setup, offering maximum flexibility for your workspace.

Does the Hexcal Heavy-duty Monitor Arm support Samsung Odyssey G9 49" or Neo G9 57" monitors?

The Hexcal Heavy-duty Monitor Arm is specifically designed to support the Samsung Odyssey G9 49" monitor. However, it does not currently support the Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 57" monitor.

How do I choose between the Hexcal Single Monitor Arm and the Heavy-duty Monitor Arm?

If your monitor is a standard size (up to 35" and 11kg/24 lbs), the Hexcal Single Monitor Arm is recommended, as it offers more adjustability and flexibility. However, if your monitor exceeds the size and weight limits of the Single Monitor Arm, or if you're considering upgrading to a larger monitor in the future, the Heavy-duty Monitor Arm (up to 49" and 20kg/44 lbs) would be a better choice for enhanced stability and support.
